Who we are...

We're all about authenticity and inclusivity. Yoga is about finding your place in the world. That can be different for everyone because we all have different worlds and different bodies. Our minds however, have behaved pretty much the same since the first philosophies recorded them over 4000 years ago, despite our modern lifestyles.

It's not about achieving the asana (posture), it's about understanding what lies in its way, and how to dissolve those obstacles, to obtain homeostasis.
Finding harmony in your relationships whether they be with people, your environment, food, time or money.
Find that harmony and you'll touch your true nature which supports balance, discernment and empowerment.
That's what health means to us.

This breath-centered style is in the tradition of TKV Desikachar-  focused on combining movements with the breath, designed specifically for the outdoors.
